User agreement

This User Agreement outlines the terms that apply when you use Focus Travel ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate and that you will update it if it changes.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Focus Travel may offer paid features or subscriptions. Payments and subscription management are handled through RevenueCat and your App Store account. All billing, renewals, and cancellations follow the policies of the App Store provider you use.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App uses third party services to support various features:
Supabase for authentication and data storage
Google Analytics for usage analytics
PostHog for event tracking
RevenueCat for purchase and subscription management

5. User Content
If the App allows you to store or upload content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to process and store it as needed to operate the App. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in Focus Travel, including design, features, and branding, belong to the App developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we cannot guarantee that the App will always function without interruptions or errors. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Third Party Services
The App integrates with third party tools and services. Your use of these features is subject to their own policies. We are not responsible for issues caused by external services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or incidental harm.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this agreement or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement when needed. Continued use of Focus Travel after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
